1. WEAR JEWELRY YOU HAVE TO SELL ON LIVES
You are the store front of your business, show up as such.
2. BUYING FROM OTHER CONSULTANTS WILL NOT FURTHER YOU TOWARDS YOUR LIFE OF THE PARTY GOALS. IT COSTS YOU MORE MONEY & IS NOT A BUSINESS SMART MOVE. I know some pieces are dang cute & maybe you HAVE to have them don't wear them on lives. You're setting yourself up for failure when your customers ask for them.
3. Facebook algorithm is a real thing. If you don't work it it won't work for you. Search this group and others for these tips & apply them.
4. Take clear bright photos. They are more inviting.
5. GO LIVE & OFTEN. Be presentable when you go live. You are representing ALL of paparazzi. Take pride in your appearance & your back ground.
6. Algorithm again - STOP SHARING nonsense to your page. Every post should be an original one, meaning you went to create a post & created one.
7. Your personal page should be 80/20. 80 about you. Your hobbies your family your likes POSITIVITY & something valuable your friends can use. 20% about the business any more & you look spammy.
8. POSITIVITY SHOULD OOZE FROM YOUR EVERY PORE. Ladies we are ADULTS act as such. Again we are representing the paparazzi brand, represent it with respect. Please stop being negative it won't get you anywhere here or anywhere else.
We are looked up to! It is not becoming of a lady to get on fb & complain bash be nasty talk nasty. (Trust me I've been there done that the change is incredible on the positive side)
9. Take bright pictures of you & post them!
10. SHOW UP FOR YOUR TEAMS LEADERS. If you are discouraged your team isn't doing well its probably because you haven't been there or they didn't want to do it in the first place. It happens either way you must show up as a leaders. We have a bunch & half are not active.
11. SELL THE JEWELRY LIKE YOUR KIDS WONT EAT IF YOU DONT. if you don't feel like your busy you're not doing enough.
12. TREAT THIS LIKE A BUSINESS BECAUSE IT IS.
THIS ISNT A FLY BY NIGHT TYPE OF THING. IT REQUIRES DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE & WORK. If you put in the effort it WILL show through. If you pick and choose the tips you want to listen to then you're not going to see the same success as the ones doing it all.
13. ALGORITHM AGAIN & AGAIN - DONT POST SONLONER THAN 1.5 TO 2.5 HOURS. SHARING BACK TO BACK TO BACK WILL ruin your algorithm.
14. POST DAILY! 80/20 REMEMBER YOUR FEED SHOULD NOT BE LIVE LIVE LIVE ALBUM LIVE ALBUM SHARED GARBAGE.
15. MYOB - Stay in your lane. Dont worry with others not doing something right (especially when you aren't working your business) or worrying about others not in compliance. If it doesn't directly affect you let it go. This is people's livelihoods don't be a tattle tale.

have a consistent live schedule, consistent shipping. Consistently reinvesting, Consistently show up for your team. Consistent invoicing, CONSISTENCY!!👏🙌💪👌
