Great to see Chardonel getting a mention. It’s one of our prized white varieties in the Shawnee Hills. It’s also the variety that we use for Terrapene!

Developed at Cornell University in 1953 for its winter hardiness, this late-ripening hybrid grows all over the East Coast and parts of the Midwest.

The next chapter of Hyla begins here. 🐸🍇
These Cabernet Franc grapes were grown in the heart of the Shawnee Hills AVA, where rocky soils and rolling hills create a unique environment for vibrant, expressive w**es.

This fruit will become our 2025 Hyla Rosé — a w**e that captures the character of this special region.

While this vintage is just beginning its journey, the 2024 Hyla is ready to enjoy today. Tap the link in the comments to find your source for this authentic Shawnee Hills w**e.
