This past weekend was everything a strong team spirit should be!
Our dispatch team deserved a break, and we made it count!
🏡 a beautiful villa with a pool in Konjic
🔥 BBQ made together, laughter well into the night
🎲 board games (with just a bit of friendly rivalry 😅)
🌊 and the highlight… rafting through the breathtaking Neretva canyon!

Alic Consulting is led by two cousins on a mission to improve business practices worldwide. The CEO position is led by 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗰 a businessman who graduated with honors from the MBA program at York College of Pennsylvania. 🗣️ "My personal vision to continuously improve and work on myself has allowed me to create a set of principles that I follow and mentor to those around me. These principles include; transparency, resiliency, reassurance and hard work were derived from personal challenges, experiences, and setbacks".
The COO position is led by 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗰 who is also a businessman and a philanthropist that leads several non-profit organizations in Europe. Aldin also adds several skill sets to our consulting repertoire. Aldin's unique mentorship ability allows him to continuously train our remote workforce in person and online. If the monthly subject is personal development or team training, Aldin will make sure to interact with every contractor we bring on board.
