This past week, association executives and Government Affairs Directors from across California gathered in Huntington Beach for C.A.R.’s AE/GAD Summit to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and discuss how we can continue improving the work we do for our members and the REALTOR® community.

North San Diego County REALTORS® was well represented, with our CEO, Tommy Thompson, chairing the summit’s planning committee and our VP of Government Affairs, Taylor Thompson, participating as a panelist on maximizing efficiency, making better use of association resources, and getting more out of our committees.

These opportunities to share experiences, learn what’s working at other associations, and bring new ideas back home ultimately help us better serve our members here in North San Diego County.
