Beverly Randolph is a certified etiquette and international protocol expert, radio and television guest, columnist, speaker, author of her forthcoming book, and the owner of the Protocol School of Indianapolis, a company specializing in executive leadership and business etiquette training. Beverly’s clients are youth, young adult, university students a, career professionals, corporations, hotels,
restaurants, medical and dental staff, as well as private clients. Her passion is to share her expertise to instill knowledge and confidence in others for them to excel and achieve their professional and personal goals. Randolph has appeared in print, television and radio, including Indianapolis Star, Fox 59, WICR, Reader's Digest, USA Today and The Current. Intrigued by her maternal aunt’s social graces and fascinated by other cultures, Beverly was determined to deepen her etiquette and international protocol knowledge. As such, she became certified by the prestigious and world-acclaimed, The Protocol School of Washington, and earned her Master’s degree in International Relations. To learn French first-hand, she studied abroad. Her vast career background includes working abroad in such diverse roles as training and development, project management, marketing, customer service, as well as sales and catering in the hospitality and travel industries. She combines her life experience and education by teaching business-related classes at Marian University, Indianapolis, whereby Beverly was the change agent in their adult programs’ curriculum to experiential learning involving local companies and not-for-profits.
