is a custom stained glass studio specializing in architectural glass for homes, offices, churches and synagogues, as well as museum quality restorations. Our work is unique to each client and our designs blend the various styles and traditions of stained glass with the special needs of each client. We frequently solve privacy concerns while maintaining the light through the choices of glass with t

exture and tints. Modern, contemporary, traditional, craftsman, period pieces, abstract, realism…We can go in any direction with our glass to compliment the architectural and interior design components of your space. Our traditional leaded glass panels can be installed up against thermal pane, to preserve the thermal barrier and the beauty of the glass, as you see the leaded glass, not the glass sandwiched inside of the thermal pane as is available in the mass production market. Ray LaRanger studied at the side of two old masters in a prestigious Manhattan studio in the 70’s and the early 80’s. At that time he was engaged in projects such as; fabricating and installing four windows for the National Cathedral in Washington DC, restoring contemporary works of Tiffany and LaFarge in the Metropolitan Museum of NY, and restoring medieval glass for the Cloisters Museum in New York City. Ray operated his own studio in Manhattan before moving to Carmel, NY in 1984. He maintains the highest level of craftsmanship in all the commissions, restorations, and repairs the studio completes. Katharyn LaRanger designs and paints new work as well as restoration painting for the studio. She worked in a top fabric and packaging design studio in Manhattan in the 70's to the mid `80's. She designed for companies such as Henry Glass, Estee Lauder, Cannon, Kandell, and Avon. She has been designing and painting for the LaRanger Studio Inc. since the late 70's.
