We’re thrilled to welcome Edward “Ed” Matthews to the NPP team because clearly we needed someone who casually brings 25+ years of leadership, national impact, and a resume that doesn’t fit on one page 😉

(Future Dr.) Ed has led large teams, managed nine-figure budgets, won awards, helped shape the parks and recreation profession nationally, and still finds time to officiate collegiate basketball (so yes, he can make tough calls even when half the audience is shouting, we mean “caring loudly”, at him) 💪

Known for his approachable style and sense of humor, Ed builds trust, strategically connects teams, and like all of us…is always looking for ! 🙌
