Leaders Who Do These 3 Things Make Vision Come To Life For Their Teams…

1. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat

Infecting vision into your team starts with how often you talk about Vision.

The more you make it a priority of discussion the more impactful and important it will be.

Every meeting, conversation and decision should be led and guided by the vision.

2. Vision Aligned Training

Leaders who see their teams carry out vision are intentional in investing into their teams through training that ALIGNS with the vision.

Vision shouldn’t be words, they should be actions.

And intentional training is what enables the action of vision.

Training should match Vision. In other words, training should better position your team to achieve the vision.

3. Personal & Organizational Connection

Leaders who are intentional about finding the equilibrium between the organizations purpose and the team members purpose experience the greatest level of performance.

People don’t come to work just to work, they need to feel valued and purposeful.

Leaders must search for the intersection of individual purpose and organizational purpose.

How To Increase Trust & Connectivity with your Team in 2025…

INVEST IN THE RELATIONSHIP

Leaders often wonder to themselves, why isn’t my team/employees performing to the level I need them to?

Often it has to do with the lack of trust and connectivity you all have.

So how can I change that in 2025? Here’s 2 simple steps to take…

1. Implement 1-on-1 weekly or biweekly meetings with your team.

The focus of this meeting is to “Get to know your team members.

* Learn the names of their spouse and kids.
* Gain knowledge on their personal aspirations and goals.
* Find out why they are still working in the organization.

2. Discover their Driving Core Motive.

It’s difficult to understand why team members do what they do, but what if you could gain that insight.

Have your team take an assessment and gain knowledge on what drives your team members.

You will be better equipped to communicate to them more effectively and find the equilibrium between what drives them and what your goals are.

As an Executive Coach & Team Building Consultant, I empower leaders and teams with to work with greater trust and cohesion by understanding each other more in-depth.

If you want to develop a high-performing, trusting and cohesive team in 2025, let my organization support you!

How To Build Trust by Understanding the Core Motivations of Your Team Members...

Research by Psychologist Dr. Taylor Hartman revealed that all people possess ONE of four "Driving Core Motives."

Power
Intimacy
Peace
Fun

Here's how you can build trust based on the motive...

POWER TEAM MEMBERS:
Seek results and value competence.

Build trust by providing them with opportunities to take on challenging tasks where they can demonstrate their skills.

Acknowledge their achievements publicly to show that you appreciate their contributions and trust their capabilities.

INTIMACY TEAM MEMBERS:
Seek connection and sincerity.

Build trust by taking the time to listen to their concerns and showing genuine interest in their well-being.

Regularly check in with them and provide constructive feedback in a respectful manner.

Authentic communication is key to earning their trust.

PEACE TEAM MEMBERS:
Seek harmony and a stress-free environment.

To build trust, create a calm and stable work atmosphere where they feel safe to express their ideas without fear of conflict.

Respect their need for quiet time and avoid putting them in high-pressure situations unnecessarily.

FUN TEAM MEMBERS:
Seek spontaneity and positivity.

Build trust by encouraging creativity and providing a fun, engaging work environment.

Show appreciation for their contributions and celebrate their successes with enthusiasm.

Foster an open and lively atmosphere where they feel free to share their ideas.

When Leaders understand WHY team members do what they do, they are better equipped to build trust by supporting the WHY.

In my program, we provide you and your team with assessments that reveal insights into everyone's "Driving Core Motive" so that you and your team are better equipped to succeed as a team.

These 4 Codes Will Increase Your Ability to Motivate Your Team in 2025...

Code RED
Code BLUE
Code WHITE
Code YELLOW

Sir, what are you talking about?

Research by Psychologist Dr. Taylor Hartman revealed that all people possess ONE of four "Driving Core Motives."

They are classified by a color code:

• RED = Power (these people are about getting things done — move A-to-B)

• BLUE = Intimacy (connection in meaningful relationships matters most to them)

• WHITE = Peace (creating harmony and acceptance in life is most important to them)

• YELLOW = Fun (for these people, happiness comes by living in the moment)

As a certified trainer in these codes, my program, "ColorSync Leaders & Teams," will equip you and your team with the insights to develop team cohesion and trust, enhancing performance and engagement in 2025.

Leaders and teams must switch from knowing what they do to WHY they do what they do.

Comment "CODES" below if you want to learn more about our assessment and program to unlock these codes for you and your team.

Leaders who use these 3 TOOLS can Inspire their Teams to accomplish the Mission...

Define Reality
Collaboration
Storytelling

Many leaders struggle to get their teams inspired and motivated to perform at a level that will accomplish organizational goals.

But what if I told you, that your team will increase their productivity and purpose if you implemented these tools as the leader?

So what does this look like?

💥Define Reality

Everybody wants to be a part of something that will help them win.

As a leader, you must show the people you lead why they are not winning yet. Reveal to them the answer to the question, what is stopping us?

Show them what can be and why it would matter to them.

💥Collaboration

Most leaders approach leadership like an island and then expect followers to take orders.

Effective leaders look for buy-in. And buy-in is accelerated when you include your team in the dreaming and development stage.

Get input from your team on what the “WIN” is for your organization. They will be motivated because they help build the vehicle.

💥Storytelling

Winning teams can see winning patterns! Leverage storytelling to show these patterns!

One of the most powerful ways to inspire your team is to capture and tell the stories that show you on the pathway of achieving your collective “WIN.”

Use methods like feedback, customer testimonials, and team accomplishments.

Every small win should be documented, and the story should be told to motivate and inspire everyone to keep going!

These 3 Steps Will Increase The Performance of Your Team In 2025...

Match Tasks with Vision
Develop A Clear System and Roles
Align Team Members and Jobs

Too often, Leaders experience frustrations with their teams' performance because their teams are unclear on their tasks and responsibilities.

To ensure your team can avoid falling into this trap in 2025, here are 3 practical steps you can execute to increase its performance.

💥Write out every task your team needs to accomplish weekly, monthly, and quarterly to achieve the goals for 2025.

💥Design and align the systems and roles that will support the ex*****on of required tasks.

💥Create detailed job descriptions and align team members with each job. Review and update regularly.
