We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the recent PHI*con and NACCHO360 conferences in Detroit. We greatly appreciated having the chance to meet many of you and learn about your work in public health. In our latest blog post, we discusses just some of the unique challenges that public health organizations face in managing their critical inventory of supplies and equipment: fluctuating demand, distributed operations, perishable inventory, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements.

We also discuss how public health organizations can leverage specialized inventory management technology, such as cloud-based software or mobile applications, in response to such challenges. These solutions can provide centralized inventory visibility, automated alerts and notifications, inventory forecasting and planning, streamlined reporting and analytics, and enhanced collaboration and communication across the organization.
