Anthony is the Republican Commissioner for the Putnam County Board of Elections in New York, the organization carrying out the electoral process and enforcement of all rules relating to the elective franchise with strict adherence to the New York State Election Law. Building an impressive academic repertoire culminating with a PhD in Public Administration from LaSalle University, Anthony simultaneously built an equally impressive professional history. Extending his vast spectrum of knowledge as a Lecturer and published Author, Anthony reached the pinnacle of his career as he joined the Putnam County Board of Elections, taking on the profound responsibility of protecting the county’s democratic voting processes. Holding office for more than two decades, Anthony has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fostering an atmosphere of open participation, welcoming the votes of all residents to ensure the county accommodates to meet the needs of the population. As a retired Sergeant of the United States Airforce, a Fire Lieutenant and a registered supporter of the Republic Party, Anthony has dedicated his efforts to enhancing his community in both the personal and professional capacity.
