Are you hustling at work? Are you grinding, trying to make your business successful? If so, Mama said that you don’t have to apologize for being busy. If you’re standing around while the rest of your crew is busy working, I’ll call you out. If I have to wait 9 minutes for my food at a fast food restaurant, but I see that only four people are working, then I don’t mind waiting. Because I appreciate the four who showed up. Tell your customers thank you for waiting. Don’t ever say, “I’m sorry you had to wait.”, as long as you were working. I’m not sorry you had to wait for me. I’m blessed. With work and wonderful customers who wait. 🙂
