People sometimes ask what we’re actually doing in our clients’ homes.

The honest answer: a lot. We’re there many times a month — walkthroughs before arrivals, meeting vendors, overseeing projects, and routine visits while owners are away.

And because we’re there that often, very little gets missed.

Just last week, that attention caught:

• Early water damage around a shower
• The beginning of an ant issue in a pantry
• A planter blown over after recent storms
• Even a tiny tree frog that found its way onto a lounger cushion
