Unity Focused™ - AULS Foundations™
A Weekly Leadership Series

Just for a quick moment: can we think about a time when we walked into a room where we barely knew anyone? Maybe it was our first day at a new job, a neighborhood gathering, a professional event, or even a family celebration where we were the newcomer.

Now, can we remember what happened when someone noticed you?

They introduced themselves. Pulled up a chair. Brought you into the conversation. Suddenly, you were no longer standing on the outside trying to figure out where you belonged.

That simple experience reveals something important about ending hate:

Connection weakens isolation and strengthens our shared humanity.

Isolation creates distance, and distance can make it easier to see people as groups, labels, or "them." Connection changes that experience because we begin discovering the person behind what we thought we knew.

Strong communities create places where those connections can happen. They give neighbors reasons to meet, generations opportunities to interact, coworkers space to know one another beyond their responsibilities, and people with different experiences a chance to discover what they share.

And sometimes building that kind of commUNITY starts with something remarkably small.
• Pull up the chair.
• Make the introduction.
• Invite someone into the conversation.
• Ask the person standing alone to join you.

Those actions may seem ordinary but imagine their impact when hundreds of us practice them. Instead of waiting for people to find their way in, we begin creating places where fewer people are left outside.

So, here is a question for you and me today: Who could we help feel that they belong this week?

In my work, I have seen how much can change when people stop approaching one another as categories or labels and begin connecting as people. We may not erase every difference, and we do not need to. We can build something stronger by creating enough connection to recognize the humanity we share.

That is how you and I begin weakening isolation, strengthening commUNITY, and Creating Solutions One Reality at a Time™.

Next Friday in Unity Focused™ AULS Foundations™: We'll explore practical ways to foster greater acceptance and solidarity within our communities.

Understanding expands our choices; purposeful action transforms those choices into stronger relationships, greater Unity, and a better tomorrow.

Achieving Unity Weekly | September 3, 2026 Last Friday’s AULS Foundations™ conversation reminded us that awareness can change how we see a workplace policy, a joke, an assumption, or how someone is treated because they may seem different. The situation may not change at that moment, but greater ...

The Achieving Unity Leadership System™ Podcast
LIVE Every Wednesday

What if the anger we blame on other people reveals something we have not yet understood about ourselves?

Today, we are taking that question beyond anger management. For Self-Improvement Month, I am honored to welcome Dr. Mort Orman back to The Achieving Unity Leadership System™ Podcast, and this conversation has special meaning.

Dr. Orman was the very first guest on this podcast and now he returns for our 101st weekly episode.

Mort is a physician, Life Mastery mentor, speaker, and internationally recognized expert on eliminating unwanted anger and stress. For more than four decades, his work has challenged a deeply embedded assumption:

“You made me angry.”

What if that is not the complete Reality? Mort distinguishes between the trigger we experience and the internal processes that produce our anger. That distinction can transform how we approach leadership, relationships, conflict, stress, and personal responsibility.

During our conversation, we will explore questions including:

• Why isn't “You made me angry” the complete explanation?
• What happens between an event and our emotional response?
• Can we eliminate unwanted anger instead of continually managing it?
• How do our assumptions influence the Reality we believe we see?
• Where do personal responsibility and accountability meet?
• Can anger provide useful information without controlling our actions?
• What is the difference between eliminating stress and developing resilience?
• What have we learned since Dr. Mort joined me for Podcast #1?

That last question matters. More than 100 conversations later, we have an opportUNITY to revisit where this journey began and ask what we understand differently today. Self-improvement does not always mean becoming someone new. Sometimes it begins by discovering patterns, assumptions, and interpretations already influencing who we are.

Unity Focused™ In Action
Strengthen Your Stress Shield™

Can a clear plan improve how we feel about an uncertain situation?

We may not know everything that will happen tomorrow but knowing what we can do next can make today feel much more manageable.

Let’s think about the difference between facing a concern without direction and having even a simple plan. Who needs to be involved? What needs to happen first? What information are we missing? When will we check our progress?

Those questions can turn uncertainty into something we can work through together, as a team, in Unity.

A clear plan does not guarantee that everything will happen exactly as expected. Plans change. New information appears. Life happens. But clarity gives us a starting point.

Whether we are making a personal decision, helping our family, leading a team, or guiding an organization, knowing the next step can reduce unnecessary stress and build confidence. That strengthens Our Stress Shield™.

Today, can we identify one situation creating uncertainty and write down the next step?

If creating greater clarity would help you, your family, or your organization move forward, I would be honored to work alongside you through coaching, consulting, training, workshops, or keynote speaking.

Together, we continue Creating Solutions One Reality at a Time™.

Unity Focused™ In Action
Monday Theme: LID-To-GID™ Leadership Ex*****on
Focus: LID – Listen In Dialogue™

Collaboration becomes powerful when every voice has the opportUNITY to be heard.

What happens when leaders listen only to the people closest to them? Important knowledge can remain unheard, assumptions can become decisions, and people who understand the Reality may never enter the conversation.

LID, Listen In Dialogue™, reminds us that listening is a leadership responsibility at every level, from individuals and frontline employees to managers and the most senior executive officer.

Listening doesn't mean every suggestion becomes a decision. It means we create enough understanding to make better decisions.

When leaders Encourage participation, Inspire open dialogue, and Include different perspectives, people contribute what they know. That strengthens trust, reduces blind spots, and builds collaboration.

And collaboration must create value.

When people understand the Reality together, Unity leads to better decisions, stronger ex*****on, and measurable results.

Leadership does not have every answer. Leadership is making sure we hear what matters before choosing the answer.

If stronger collaboration could improve your organization, I'd be honored to help through coaching, consulting, training, workshops, or keynote speaking.

Together, we can create stronger leaders and better solutions, One Reality at a Time™.

This Wednesday, Mark Entrekin welcomes Dr. Mort Orman, physician, author, speaker, and leading expert on eliminating unwanted anger and stress, for a special conversation during Self-Improvement Month and a meaningful return to the beginning of the Achieving Unity Leadership System™ Podcast journey.

Dr. Mort Orman was the very first guest on the Achieving Unity Leadership System™ Podcast. Unity Focused™ - AULS Foundations™
A Weekly Leadership Series

Have you ever learned the real impact of something and realized, "I had no idea"?

Maybe someone shared an experience that changed how you saw a workplace policy, a joke you once considered harmless, an assumption about another generation, or the way someone was being treated because they were different.

Nothing about the situation changed at that moment, but your awareness did.

Last week, we explored how education can replace assumptions with understanding. This week, we take the next step: what happens when understanding helps us recognize the human impact of hate?

Awareness reveals the human impact of hate and the value of every voice.

Awareness programs can help us see beyond statistics, headlines, and labels. They introduce us to experiences we may never have encountered ourselves and help us recognize how exclusion, prejudice, and hate affect real people, families, workplaces, and communities.

But awareness cannot end with simply knowing that a problem exists.

When we begin hearing the voices behind the issue, diversity becomes more than a word. We start recognizing the value of experiences, backgrounds, perspectives, abilities, generations, and ideas different from our own. We may discover strengths and possibilities we could not see from where we were standing.

That is why awareness matters. It can help us move from "I didn't know" to "Now that I know, what can I do differently?” “How can I do it better?"

Think about that question for a moment. What have you learned about someone else's experience that changed how you think, act, or lead today?

For me, this is where awareness becomes meaningful. I cannot change yesterday's assumptions, but you and I can decide what we do with today's understanding. We can ask another question, include another voice, reconsider an expectation, or help someone else see a Reality they may not yet recognize.

That is how awareness becomes action, and how individual actions begin creating a more inclusive tomorrow.

Next Friday in Unity Focused™ AULS Foundations™: We'll explore how stronger, interconnected communities can reduce isolation and challenge the mentality that allows hate to grow.

Achieving Unity Weekly | August 27, 2026

What Changes When We Understand More? Think about someone you once misunderstood.

Perhaps your opinion came from something you heard or a brief encounter. Then you learned more. You heard their story, and what once seemed confusing began to make sense.

The person may not have changed. What changed was your understanding.

That idea connected our conversations this week.

Last Friday's AULS Foundations™ explored how assumptions can become evidence when we stop seeking information. Understanding does not require agreement. It allows informed choices rather than letting assumptions make them for us.

Monday moved us from understanding to action through GID, Get It Done™. Preparation matters, but leadership eventually requires action.

Understanding creates possibilities. Action gives those possibilities somewhere to go.

Tuesday's Strengthen Your Stress Shield™ carried that principle into resilience. We cannot erase difficult experiences, but we can learn, adjust, and use what happened to prepare for what comes next.

Yesterday, ShaRon Rea: Better Conversations Build Unity | AULS™ Weekly Podcast joined me for our 100th Achieving Unity Leadership System™ Weekly Podcast.

Through C.O.R.E. Communication Lab™, ShaRon encourages us to Create Connection, Own Your Voice, Respect Differences, and Explore New Patterns. We explored how communication influences wellness, relationships, and leadership.

Thank you, ShaRon, for making our 100th conversation meaningful!

The Summit Conversation Continues

Our August Achieving Unity Leadership & Resilience Summit showed what can happen when different perspectives enter one conversation.

Summit resources remain available through August 31. The replay, panelist gifts, The Stress Shield™ Leadership Resilience Toolkit, and my $500 Leadership Development Credit are in the first comment below.

From 100 to 101

Next Wednesday, Dr. Mort Orman, my first AULS Weekly Podcast guest, returns for conversation 101 as we begin Self-Improvement Month.

We will explore unwanted anger differently. What if managing the reaction never addresses what keeps creating it?

Tomorrow's Unity Focused™ AULS Foundations™ continues HATE: Have/ing Accelerated Troubled Expectations™ through Education and Awareness.

Awareness reveals the human impact of hate and the value of every voice.

Perhaps that is this week's larger lesson. Understanding does not finish the work. It changes what becomes possible next.

What might change if we became curious enough to understand before deciding?

Our next Achieving Unity Leadership & Resilience Summit is September 17 at 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET, helping us Prepare, Protect, Respond, Recover, and turn pressure into purposeful action.

Because Unity is not a soft skill; it is a Leadership Discipline™.

Unity Focused™ In Action
Strengthen Your Stress Shield™

When something knocks us down, do we really want to return exactly where we were before?

Most of us have experienced something that did not go as planned. The relationship changed. A project failed. A job ended. The decision did not produce the results we expected.
Getting back up matters.

But what if we can get back up with something we did not have before?

Maybe we understand ourselves better. We recognize who stood beside us. We know which warning signs we missed. Or we discover a strength we did not know we had. That is part of building Our Stress Shield™.

Resilience is not about erasing what happened. We can learn from it, make adjustments, and use that experience to prepare ourselves and others for what comes next.

Sometimes the strongest part of recovery is simply asking, "What did this experience teach me that I can use tomorrow?"

If you or your team are working through change or rebuilding after a setback, we can work through that Reality together. Through coaching, consulting, training, workshops, or keynote speaking, I help people turn their experiences into greater clarity, confidence, and Unity.

Together, we continue Creating Solutions One Reality at a Time™.

This Wednesday, Mark Entrekin welcomes ShaRon Rea, communication expert, Founder and Curriculum Designer of C.O.R.E. Communication Lab™, and creator of the No Judgment. Just Love.™ movement, for a meaningful conversation on communication, wellness, connection, and leadership.

ShaRon believes that the way we speak to ourselves is an essential form of self-care, while the conversations we have with others can either strengthen connection or create distance. Through her C.O.R.E. Communication Lab™ framework- Create Connection, Own Your Voice, Respect Differences, and Explore New Patterns- she helps people become more aware of their communication habits and discover new possibilities for healthier, more peaceful relationships.

In this episode, we’ll explore how communication influences our well-being, why “Your words are your wand” can change the way we approach everyday conversations, the philosophy behind No Judgment. Just Love.™, and how the C.O.R.E.
