We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist with proficiency in operating CNC Screw and Swiss Machines to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain Swiss machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
Conduct tooling changes, adjustments, and offsets to ensure accurate and efficient production runs.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the machines' optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to maintain strict quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the machining process.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Machinist with a focus on operating Swiss machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of machining principles, practices, and measurement tools.
Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to machining processes.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:Machining experience.
Experience working with a variety of materials, including metals and alloys.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
