We’re looking for a individual to join Rupiper Grinding! This role would primarily be for grinding hay. In the summer would be some farm work (cutting, raking and baling hay). In the fall will be some trucking hauling ground husklage.

MECHANIC WANTED!

We are looking for a full time diesel mechanic at Rupiper Grinding located southwest of Carroll.

Work could be for minor and/ or major repairs

Some truck/ grinder repairs include Brakes, Suspension, Rear ends, Turbos, Hydraulics, Electrical. Replacing wear parts including rotors, hammers, bearings, rollers, belts, etc.

Mechanic for some repairs would include using our service truck to go out in the field to fix grinders.

We have a nice shop to work in with a drive over pit. You can use our tools or bring your own toolbox.

You can make your own schedule, can start at 4am or 8am it really doesn’t matter. Work 40 hours or 70 hours a week. Would like to have Monday - Friday ideally but could work Monday- Thursday. Saturdays are optional and never required.

Competitive pay based on experience is hourly with overtime after 40 hours
