A Full-Circle Moment: From Student to Speaker
There are moments in life that stop you in your tracks. Moments that remind you just how far you’ve come.
This is one of them.
I remember walking into rooms like this as a student hungry to learn, wide-eyed, and scribbling notes as fast as I could, hoping to catch even a fraction of the wisdom in the room. I remember listening to panelists, thinking, One day, I hope I’ll be the one sitting up there, sharing what I’ve learned.
And now, here I am.
This moment isn’t just about entrepreneurship. It’s about servanthood. It’s about the mentors who poured into me, the late nights figuring it all out, the moments of doubt that turned into resilience. It’s about the power of giving back because none of us get here alone.
The best entrepreneurs, the best leaders, the best humans we don’t just build for ourselves. We reach back. We pour into the next generation the way someone once poured into us.
So to every student in the room:
✨ Ask the bold questions.
✨ Say yes to the uncomfortable opportunities.
✨ Trust that even if you don’t have all the answers now, you’ll figure it out.
And when it’s your turn don’t forget to give back.
I’m honored to be part of the Women Empowering Women Panel Discussion & Luncheon at The University of West Georgia, speaking on Rising Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Media alongside incredible women shaping the future of media, marketing, and business.
If you’re in the Carrollton, GA area on Thursday, March 6th, join us!

And of course what’s marketing, without a shameless plug, if you’re hosting an upcoming panel, I’d love to bring my expertise in operations, business efficiency, and leadership to the table. Let’s make an impact together. Send me a DM.
