Patio lighting at its finest. I have done 5 of these now. I am loving the results every time!!!! Here's a prep video and here's the on the owner sent me. Now these lights are on a timer and turn on at dusk and turn off from 4 hours to all night depending on your preference. But these lights are zero maintenance authentic bistro lighting and also come in led for those wanting to save on electricity. Fully functional with zero need of you touching them. They come and turn off by themselves!!!! I always make life easy for my customers.

Here's the backyard of the front yard landscape. Once again these wonderful and amazing homeowners allowed me to do my way, my design, my choice of plants. As I was working on the plants I notice there grill was literally in the way of there patio. So Updike them and surprised them with the stone and hardscape as well as pushing the grill between the palm tress and as 2 stones that weighed 200+ pounds to support this stunning grill. I chose a limestone for the gravel and Oklahoma flagstone. More azaleas with proper soil. I love the variegated Lorapie which blooms purple flowers land u see that beautiful yellow green mix. Added gravel to all drains as well as clear al drains. I also installed the turf grass. I absolutely adore how amazingly beautiful this pool side landscape came out. She loved it. I think I chose great colors amd the right plants. To top off this landscape I trimmed all the palm trees as well as the live oak in the corner. Full trim and lift. I do believe I did a great job on trimming here. I really got everything to open up and and not look so clustered. Another job well done and a satisfied customer. Here I added palmetto st Augustine grass. Which is made for shade and once again lack of knowledge on previous landscapers. I fixed the patchy front yard by laying the proper sod. The mondo grass around the stones. I pulled them all up condensed and added 3 flats as well as great soil. This side yard will be healthy and full no more patchiness!!!

Here's a full front yard landscape and design. Home owners bought this house couple years ago and it's very clear that a contractor who builds houses designed these front flower beds. No good soil mostly sand under top layer of dirt. As well as lots of azaleas planted in dirt, this is completely the wrong way to plant these beautiful plants. Azaleas should be planted in full and only in azalea soil. So I rearranged all the plants and placed them where they can actually grow due to shade and sun ratio. As well as dug up 6inces of bad soil and put proper soil for azaleas and fertilizer. Added some seasonal color compost and mulch. I love how I brought this yard together with the right flow of plants. These home owners are amazing!!! They let me design and choose what plants and where and how it was going to look. I love that kind of control. Homeowners loved it so much they let me do there back yard. Enjoy

We still have to put a few lil touches to make it Perfect then paint. On this particular project the the city is making owner bring this apartment up to code. So I didn't take before pictures and I am sorry. But if just picture what's new was once rotted or even missing pieces of siding. Trim pieces the art new we rotted from the ground up or even uneven or broken. Window also rotted and I will be caulking all doors and windows. Gutters cleaned and repaired. Basically I am starting from front corner and working to my to back literally fixing everything. Caulking and putting siding back to even together!! This one still has quite a bit of work left to do, but when I'm done everything will be as close to perfect

Another stone patio. I've got a great mix of big and small stones. With a solid layer of decompose granite as the filler to lock in the flagstone. This particular stone is Austin stone. She really enjoyed it.

My latest project. They were having issues with animals eating there garden from flower pots. So I came up with this as a fix. Cedar wood and expanded sheet metal with a door and I designed a U shape bed so he could have full access to all plants. I love this!!!

This is another job that got completed today. I added this beautiful planter box. This particular project I actually did all the work personally myself. From setting post to the actual carpentry and design of the box. I can do it all. So please no job to big or to small for us.

Here's my latest project. I truly enjoy doing stone work!!! This particular job I actually did 90% of all the stone work. There is another side I'll post those pictures later. Check me out, Let's make your house beautiful!!!!
