One last day in San Diego, and we made every second count. ☀️🌊
From soaking up the sun on the beach to sailing the San Diego waters, we couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our final day together.
As the sun went down, we traded beach days for one last night with the MB2 family. A room full of familiar faces, new friendships, favorite memories from the weekend, and a special send-off from Dr. V to bring it all together.
There's something pretty special about getting this many incredible doctors in one place. The friendships, the leadership, and the people behind it all are what make this community so much more than dentistry.

One last day in San Diego, and we made every second count. ☀️🌊

Night 2 took our Owners Retreat to new heights as we welcomed our partners aboard the legendary USS Midway for MB2 Flight Club!

From fighter jet photo ops and ship tours to dancing the night away to live 80s hits, this was one for the books. We even had a Maverick sighting! Well, almost. 😉

The music was loud, the dance floor was packed, and we could've kept this party going all night!

Our doctors sure know how to kick off an Owners Retreat! 🌊☀️
Day 1 was all about new faces, familiar friends, and picking up right where we left off! We welcomed our partners to another year of our Annual Owners Retreat with a Welcome Social before heading to the beach for a night with the MB2 Surf Club! 🏄‍♂️
DJs, fire pits, ocean breezes, and plenty of laughs, topped off with a comedy show from Dr. Brady Smith!
Nothing beats getting this crew back together. And the best part? We're just getting started! 🤙

Her career expanded. So did her life outside of work.
Since partnering with MB2, Dr. Amy Okun has grown her practice, taken on new opportunities, and reignited her spark for dentistry, all while gaining more time to simply be Mom.

Every year, our Operations team comes together from all over the country for a few days of learning, problem-solving, and catching up in person.​

This year, over 100 team members made the trip to Home Office to share what’s working, talk through challenges, and learn from the people doing the work every day.​

There’s a lot of experience in one room when this group gets together, and even more to take back home.
