Cindy and Michelle just wrapped up an incredible few days at PARCEL Forum 2026 in Orlando!

They’re coming home with new connections, fresh ideas, valuable industry insights, and plenty of inspiration for how OSW can continue helping brands scale with confidence.

One of the biggest reminders from the event? Fulfillment is about so much more than getting a package out the door.

It’s about everything that happens along the way—and making sure the customer has a great experience when that package finally arrives.

That’s why our leadership team works so hard behind the scenes to make sure we have the right carrier partners in place. They’re constantly evaluating carrier performance, service, reliability, pricing, and capabilities while also looking at and vetting new carrier options.

Because we know that once a package leaves our facility, the carrier becomes an important part of the brand experience.

We’re always looking for ways to improve, strengthen our partnerships, and make sure our clients have the shipping solutions they need to deliver for their customers.
