Did you know closing the vents in rooms you don’t use can actually make your furnace work harder? Your system is built to push air through the whole house. Block some vents and the pressure builds up, which strains the blower and can shorten the life of your equipment. Keep them open and let the system breathe. If a room is always too hot or too cold, give us a call and we’ll find the real cause.

Found a surprise inside this system: a rat that moved in and never left. 🐀 We pulled the blower, cleaned the housing, wheel, and panels top to bottom, and finished with a botanical disinfectant. Spotless now.

This blower section had an uninvited houseguest. 🐀 Found a rat in there, so we cleaned the panels, wheel, and housing top to bottom, then finished with a botanical disinfectant around the blower and return. Checked everything for proper operation before we left.

Also noticed the coil is getting caked with debris. At this point, replacing it makes more sense than cleaning it again, but that's a conversation for the homeowner, no pressure. 🐄

No guesswork, no upsells, just honest work. That's the Guru way. 💪

This system's still running on R22, the refrigerant they basically stopped making years ago. 👀 Still works, but every top-off gets harder to find and pricier to pull off. If your unit's old enough to need R22, this is your sign to start planning what's next. 🐄
