We're ready to help you establish your business and identity, so you can get the most from your endeavors. Our founder, Matthew Taylor, is a professional entrepreneur. He has spent the last 20 years of his career teaching fellow entrepreneurs how to maximize their business. He has helped over 11,000 business owners form large corporations to single-owner LLCโ€™s around the United States. He has also spent the past 8 years working with State Legislators to better understand and advocate for the needs of small businesses and their owners. In addition to his passion for small business and entrepreneurship, Matthew has a deep knowledge of business structure, business systems, and how to best protect and leverage your business

Angie Callen, partner in crime here at EasyBizStart, has fifteen years of experience in a broad range of businesses. She started her career as a Civil Engineer, working for a multi-million dollar international corporation. Seeking an environment that was more creative and interpersonal, Angie moved into the nonprofit sector where she spent six years serving in operations and as an executive Director. Some sales experience, a stint in small business management, and owning a small business herself have helped Angie develop a broad knowledge of many different industries. Her experience has helped her become an expert in marketing, logistics, and operations. As the Executive Team here at EasyBizStart, Matthew and Angie lead a group of specialists in developing programs and products to help your business start, grow, and succeed. Our wide range of knowledge makes us unique, and we're excited to bring that expertise to you and your business. We have been where you are going. We are excited to help you get there.

I remember setting up tents in the dark, because it was the only option for our family camping weekend from me working so late. ๐Ÿ•๏ธ

This is why I became an entrepreneur.
This is why I work for myself.

I wanted to not only have the work-life balance and environment for myself, but for my employees too. We're usually done for the day on Fridays by 3 pm so we can have more great time for the rest of life. ๐Ÿ˜‰

You can build loyalty and honesty with both your customers and your team without taking away the long term benefits for anyone. What can you shift right now to support just that?

- letting everyone leave early on Fridays
- respect the need for mental health days
- grab lunch for everyone together
- provide incentives for results people actually want

Give yourself permission every once in a while to ease off the gas, to be able to take some time for yourself and your loved ones. When you recharge, you can better serve others and support your business. ๐Ÿ™

Do you actually know all of your numbers? How many of these you have. ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. I know my average monthly gross revenue.
2. I know my average monthly net profit.
3. I understand my profit margins.
4. I donโ€™t devalue my current offers with constant sales and promotions.
5. I track all income and expenses consistently.
6. I use bookkeeping software and/or have an accountant.
7. I review my financial reports at least monthly.
8. I know my customer acquisition costs (CAC), broken down by source code.
9. I know my conversion/closing rate by source code.
10. I know my average sale amount per customer/client and the delivery cost.
11. I know my customer lifetime value (LTV).
12. I have at least 3 months of operating reserves.
13. I have a budget for correcting mistakes.
14. I pay myself consistently at a rate that is worthwhile, and that the business can afford.
15. I know the proper way to reimburse personal expenses from the business and what can be written off for taxes.

If you can check all these off your list, you have a strong foundation for financial clarity in your business. โœ…๐Ÿ’ฒ

If your revenue doubled in the next few months, would things hold strong with all the extra leads and customers? Or become operational chaos? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜ฑ

Many businesses like yours reach $2Kโ€“$5K/month through side hustle alone. But scaling requires solid infrastructure.

Without it, more leads and sudden growth creates:
- stress,
- bottlenecks, and
- burnout ๐Ÿ˜–
.. because all of the systems needed to support it arenโ€™t strong.

Follow for more ways to fortify your business foundation so it's ready for awesome growth. ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿ™Œ
