Bringing new forms of cellular agriculture to production levels and enabling it to become a practical alternative, will take time. Aquasyn specializes in providing innovative and hybrid aseptic valve designs in a number of different materials including 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, and AL6XN. Our manufacturing capabilities include fabrication, assembly, welding, mechanical polishing, and electro-polishing. Our welders are fully certified and our processes and procedures are fully documented. Our products and services are of the highest quality, evidenced by the praises of our customers worldwide. Each of our valves and custom-designed fabrications are manufactured and assembled entirely in the U.S.A. This allows us to closely control quality and delivery commitments. We have ample production capacity, delivery is typically 4-6 weeks for most products not already in stock and we can react quickly to tailor any of our existing products or create entirely new designs as necessary to meet your needs.
