Attended the Top 100 Women in Powersports event today sponsored by Dealernews magazine. Lily Farrow was the owner of the first and oldest Harley Davidson dealership in the USA after her husband died in his 30s leaving her with 4 kids and a dealership to run. Then came Spanish flu and WWI followed by the Great Depression. She never gave up. Women couldn't own businesses, couldn't vote and weren't supposed to ride motorcycles in the teens and 20s either. Lily changed all the rules and broke down the barriers with persistence, loyalty and love of motorcycling. Thank you, Lily and I truly hope the Iron Lily movie makes it to the theaters. What a story!!
