In these work sessions we utilize the Pomodoro Technique 🍅 The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It aims to improve focus and productivity by breaking work into timed intervals with regular breaks. The technique is name after a tomato- shaped kitchen timer called a “pomodoro” in Italian.
