**McStatts' Printing is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team!**
The ideal candidate is a great multitasker with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email.
- Manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Have strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with technology.
- Be comfortable sending emails with attachments and using programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
**📍 This is an IN-PERSON position at our Cartersville location. This is NOT a remote position.**
