We love seeing so many friendly faces at our sales! To keep things running smoothly (and respectfully), here are a few simple reminders:

• Pay attention to opening & closing times.

• Please read and follow posted rules (no large bags & no opening boxes)

• Leave things the way you found them—no dumping of boxes and leaving a mess behind.

• Please do not enter taped-off areas—these often contain personal or sentimental items the family is keeping.

• Kindly refrain from asking for discounts—every item has been thoughtfully handled and priced with care *nothing ticks me off faster than someone asking for discounts. We know what things sell for, and we have usually spent hours upon hours preparing for the sale*

• Please avoid discussing the previous homeowner while inside—it can create an uncomfortable experience for others.

At the heart of it all, estate sales are more than just shopping—they’re part of someone’s story. Your kindness, patience, and respect truly mean more than you know 🤍

Good morning friends. We will be at the Estate Sale today from 10 until two and we will offer 25% off 273 Jordan Road that’s Cartersville.

Come see us and get there early, there’s lots to see 10 to 2.

⭐️Also, please remember two park across the street up on the hill, save the drive directly in front of the house for elderly or handicapped customers and use the lower drive for loading.

Hey Friends, I want to elaborate on my etiquette post.- this Sale is a downsize and our client needs around the clock care. We are hired to sell as much as we can and make as much as we can in a short period of time.

This sell is different for Tim and I, as we are doing this entire sale for zero labor. I have known these sweet people for almost 50 years and I want to hand them a check that will help make their life easier. I thank you all for coming to help us, help them.

Please take a moment and read Estate Sale etiquette. Remember the only doors that we will use for entry and exit is the garage door and the door going into the basement.

Please save the drive in front of the house for elderly and handicapped shoppers.
