Got to see oaknutworkshop in action a few weeks ago at the Q1 nc_abana meeting. He worked up a Damascus blade.

First SBG meeting of the year is this Saturday, March 7th! 10am, ending around 2pm. Short demonstration followed by an open forge. Bring whatever you’ve been working on, or try out something new. As always, meeting will be held . 211 Martin St, Carthage NC.

Continuing to work on the gate with Jerry Darnell. Adam Luther got some cool photos of me working on running scrolls at Mill Creek Forge last week. I was forge welding the scroll pieces with the power hammer.
