Update: There is a rumor circulating that we were bought out. That is not correct. We purchased another printing company and merged their operations into our Carthage facility.

📣 Important Update from Complete Printing & Publishing

As many of you know, we have been a commercial printing facility since 1993 — producing professionally printed, scheduled print projects for businesses, universities, schools, medical offices, industry, and organizations across the country.

We have recently acquired Lufkin Printing Company. With our recent acquisition, our production volume has increased significantly. Because of this, we are no longer able to offer while-you-wait services, including:
❌ Quick copies
❌ Laminating items you bring in
❌ Fax services

All of our work is now fully scheduled through our production department to keep projects moving efficiently for our commercial customers.

✨ What we can still do:
We are happy to laminate items we print as part of your order.
For walk-in community services like quick copies, faxing, or laminating your personal documents, we recommend the Sammy Brown Library, which offers these services locally on a while-you-wait basis.

Even though our walk-in services have shifted, we are still proud to provide high-quality commercial printing with full printing and bindery services such as:
• Magazines & booklets
• Wrap books
• Forms (including UIC-28 forms)
• Business cards
• Letterhead & envelopes
• Brochures & flyers
• House plans
• Postcards
• Menus
• Labels
• Banners
• Signs - coroplast, aluminum, reflective, polystyrene, etc.

We always do our best to help when customers are in a bind — even when their original orders were placed elsewhere. We understand online pricing can look appealing, but it often doesn’t include shipping costs in the quote or include the service, speed, or accountability that comes with working with a local printer.

Complete Printing & Publishing has an immediate job opening for an Estimator/Customer Service Representative.

Our phones will go to voice-mail and our office will be closed but calls will be returned as quickly as possible. A rumor has been circulating that we are closed. This is false. Complete Printing stopped accepting UPS packages in October 2023 which has caused confusion because UPS has not removed our address from Google or from their website. We are working on this daily and apologize for any inconvenience.

We are primarily a commercial printer in business since 1993. Over 98% of our customers submit orders via the internet/email. We have very little walk- in printing business. UPS shipping was offered as a service to our small community but UPS refused to increase our compensation after 4-1/2 years. Simply put, we canceled our agreement for that reason.

Since over 98% of our printing business is done via email/internet, we no longer have a need for a Receptionist and have instead chosen to invest in other employees who are skilled in the printing trade.

Additionally, we are undergoing a major remodel and, for safety reasons, are limiting the amount of walk-in traffic. Please ring the bell or call 903-693-9306 for assistance. Customer Service will be happy to help you.
