Well, well, well… look who remembered their Facebook password! 👀😂

We know, we know… it’s been a little quiet around here. But don’t let our social media silence fool you!

🌱 WE’VE BEEN BUSY GROWING! 🚀

Between taking care of our amazing customers, growing our team, and working on some pretty exciting things behind the scenes, we’ve been keeping ourselves just a little busy!

And somewhere along the way, our social media manager (who may or may not have about 47 other job responsibilities 👀) forgot to tell Facebook. 🤦‍♀️😂

While our page may have taken an unplanned vacation, our Encore crew certainly hasn’t! 💪

We’re excited to share more of what we’ve been up to, introduce some team members, and bring you along on our adventures!

An Update From Kaitlyn’s Corner:

Megan and I had the opportunity to spend some time with our friends-turned-mentors at ProThermal this week, and we arrived home with full hearts, full notebooks, and SO many ideas we can’t wait to bring to life at Encore!

We had the chance to learn from their team, see how they do things, ask a million (or more) questions, and walk away with new ideas for how we can continue to grow, improve, and create an even better experience for both our team and our customers.

But honestly, one of the best parts of this trip was the people. What started as industry connections quickly turned into friendships, then mentorships, and now somehow feels a whole lot more like family. ❤️

To have people who are willing to open their doors, share what they’ve learned, answer every question, encourage us, and genuinely want to see us succeed is something we don’t take for granted. They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

We came home incredibly grateful, inspired, and motivated — with plenty of ideas and even more excitement for what’s ahead at Encore. 🙌

Thank you to our Prothermal family for an amazing few days in Oklahoma. We appreciate you more than you know, and something tells me this won’t be our last trip! 😉❤️

Now… time to put all those notes to work! 👏

Well… that escalated quickly. 😂

One minute we’re sweating, running the AC, and wondering when summer will end…

The next minute we’re grabbing hoodies and seriously considering turning the heat on.

Minnesota really said, “Summer’s over. Good luck.” 😅 Just kidding, we're going to enjoy this weather before it gets TOO cold. But consider this your friendly reminder to get your furnace checked before the cold decides it’s here to stay.

Confession #2: The Thermostat Myth

No, turning your thermostat down to 60° doesn't make your house cool down any faster.

We know. It feels like it should. 😂

But your AC isn't looking at the thermostat thinking, “Whoa, 60?! Better kick it into turbo mode!” 🏎️💨

Your system cools at the same rate whether you set it to 72° or 60°. Cranking it way down just tells your AC to keep running longer — not work faster.

So when the house is 78° and you're hot, sweaty, and questioning every life decision...

Step away from the thermostat. 😂

Set it to the temperature you actually want and let your AC do its thing. ❄️ And if it doesn't do what it's suppose to, you know who to call (Psssst: It's us you should call!)

Trust us, we wish the 60° trick worked too.
