These are a rolled combination of green tea, oolong, and jasmine flowers. The jasmine flowers are freshly harvested during peak season, giving it a much more fragrant aroma.

We brew and taste test every tea to personally ensure the quality of our tea. Our preferred brewing vessel to use is the gaiwan.

It is a traditional option that many tea enthusiasts use. Most are made with glazed porcelain, which holds the temperature of hot water very well. It is also one of the better materials that will not change the taste of your drink. The bowl allows the tea leaves plenty of room to expand and infuse. The lid holds the whole tea leaves back while you pour the tea out into a cup.

Loose leaf tea allows you to brew tea to your preference, such as the amount and strength of flavor. All you need is something to strain them!

The first tea featured is a premium keemun black tea infused with rose petals 🥀 Keemun is grown in the Anhui Province of China and can be found in the base of many high-quality blends. With its sweet and earthy tones, our Rose Black is a great choice for a floral tea.

With that being said, we are excited to announce our next step with the launch of Baba's Tea Co.! 🌿 We offer a variety of loose leaf tea and tea satchets that you can brew in the comfort of your own home. 🍵🏠 Our start-up collection is currently available on our website babasteaco.com, and at both Boba Baba Locations (Cary and Charlotte).

We'll be posting more on .co about the types of tea we carry, brewing methods, recipes, and more. We look forward to sharing more of our passion with you! 😊
