We are proud to be part of the Enterprising Women Foundation.

Entrepreneurs of Purpose (EOP) is one of three signature programs of the Enterprising Women Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs, developing future leaders, and creating opportunities that strengthen businesses, communities, and lives.

Together with Peace Through Business® and Young Enterprising Women (YEW), we're helping women lead with purpose at every stage of their journey from inspiring the next generation to supporting accomplished CEOs who are building businesses and leaving lasting legacies.

One foundation.
Three powerful programs.

One shared mission:
Advancing women through entrepreneurship, leadership, mentorship, and impact.

The voices of Afghan women are essential to building a future rooted in peace, resilience, and opportunity.

On June 25, 2026, PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS® of the Enterprising Women Foundation and Mina's List convened Afghan women from inside Afghanistan and across the diaspora to share their perspectives on peacebuilding and social cohesion. Their message was clear: lasting peace requires more than the absence of conflict. It requires safety, dignity, education, economic opportunity, and the meaningful participation of women.

Our latest briefing note highlights the insights and recommendations shared during this important dialogue and underscores why Afghan women must be recognized as leaders in shaping a more peaceful future.

At our National Enterprising Women Conference in D.C.—our mentorship session was all about impact. One mentor per table to have a real one-on-one guidance that lasts.

We’re hearing straight from some of our Enterprising Women scholarship winners!
They can’t stop laughing and connecting! Coming from different cities, they’ve bonded over the standout moments of Dr. Rivers’ speech. But the real highlight? The way they’re vibing and forming real connections that are bigger than the conference itself!

“Don’t fake it, be authentic”—that was the heart of tonight’s keynote at the Enterprising Women Foundation dinner. Our speaker Yasmin Arrington Brooks, who leads a foundation supporting children of incarcerated parents, showed up as her bold, authentic self—and she left our girls inspired. We’re in awe of the impact she’s made tonight!

Meet Sheli Tench—the behind-the-scenes powerhouse! Social media manager, director, operator—she wears all the hats to keep every speaker, panel, and moment at the Enterprising Women Conference on point. We’re beyond grateful for her dedication—Sheli, you make this D.C. event shine, and we love you for it!

Here’s the feedback from Mrs. Dee Jones from Houston, TX, Alief ISD:
She’s sharing the incredible experience her 10 students and 5 chaperones had at the Enterprising Women Conference in D.C. The impact on their leadership journey? Huge. This is why we do what we do!
