Iβm proud to share that I earned two professional designations through the National Auction Association at the NAA Designation Academy in Las Vegas: Certified Estate Specialist (CES) and Auction Marketing Management (AMM).
The CES designation is designed to strengthen how auction professionals conduct estate work, including working with family members and coordinating with attorneys and accountants. In many estates, personal property decisions take place within a probate environment. Probate is generally the court-supervised process that transfers legal title of property from an estate to beneficiaries. In practical terms, that often means aligning the personal property process with key probate realities, such as the appointment and authority of the personal representative, required notices to interested parties and creditors, documenting assets through inventory, addressing valid claims and obligations, and maintaining clear records for reporting and final accounting prior to distribution.
The AMM designation strengthens the marketing systems behind our auctions with a modern, measurable approach. NAAβs AMM curriculum emphasizes building brand identity and optimizing the buyer journey, strengthening website performance and technical SEO, improving Google Business visibility, creating effective organic content and leveraging user-generated content, developing paid advertising across channels, using analytics to measure performance and applying marketing technology and automation tools to execute consistently and refine strategy over time.
Iβm eager to bring what I learned back home and keep raising the bar on service, communication and marketing. Thank you again for the support!
