My biggest challenge has been shifting my energy to believe that I can have loyal supporters. You gotta have that in business. Not just workers.

This is 60% of my team. One of the most moving interviews was with a lady who told me that she wants to work for my company because my workers look happy and like they are having fun.

My foundational belief is that we are to enjoy life. That’s my motivation for the clients I serve, my workers and my personal journey. It translated and that makes me so proud.

We work focused and it’s the positive momentum that makes the work fun not just challenging.

So much to be grateful for.
