💼 Position: Part-Time BCBA (Remote)
📍 Location: California (must reside in CA)
💵 Pay: $50/hr (W-2)

About Us:
Unity ABA is a clinician-founded ABA agency delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care across California. Join a supportive, mission-driven team that values flexibility, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Supervise RBTs remotely
✅ Conduct parent training via telehealth
✅ Complete assessments, treatment plans, & progress reports
✅ Collaborate with families & support teams
✅ Maintain ethical & clinical standards

Bonus Skills (not required):
🔹 Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.)
🔹 Experience with Early Intervention, AFLS, Vineland-3, or Rethink
