It was a gorgeous day to welcome the 4th graders from Canyon Elementary School for a tour of the mill! These students were so well behaved, curious, and full of great questions as they explored all the inner workings — from the log yard and debarker to the head rig, edger, cutoff, green chain, planer, and dry kiln. We also want to give a big thank-you to their teacher, Mrs. Miller and the parent volunteers who joined us — your support helps make visits like this possible. It’s always such a privilege to connect with young learners from our community and share a behind-the-scenes look at what we do. Thank you to Canyon Elementary for making the day such a success!
