It's hard to believe it's been 22 years. I love my job and it has been a true honor to have the opportunity to work with hundreds of small business owners, large companies, and municipalities over the years. Today, in our Continuum Mastermind session we are having a “Heart Seat” (vs Hot Seat) event. Our Members present a key business issue, challenge, or opportunity and using a structured approach we help each other via brainstorming, past experience, and our massive tool kit! It’s a heartfelt and honest experience and the results we have seen are impressive!

So, one of the most challenging marketing initiatives I have had to tackle in my career is getting the word out about our Continuum business development / mastermind / group coaching program. One of our Continuum members, Amara DalPezzo of RD Matthews Electrical Contracting (and resident expert on the Enneagram tool) suggested I do a campaign using the 9 Enneagram types.

I'm a Type 3. I'm going to put together a campaign using Amara's idea and see where it take us! Would love to hear your feedback!

Today was our 100th Continuum Business Development session! Over 8 years of bringing inspired business leaders together for a half day of learning once a month. What started as an experiment and concept continues to help business people become better at business.

Today we did a deeper dive into using Artificial Intelligence in our businesses to drive productivity. The tools are evolving quickly and constantly - so much to learn and apply!

Continuum Business Development session we dove into Personal OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and revisited habit development (using the book Atomic Habits as the backdrop). Great conversation and lots of awesome skill development!
