Hello Everyone,

The next Feeling Great Book Club will start in September this year, led by Heather and Brandon. I have been volunteering as a small group helper/facilitator since 2022.

The book club is focused on supporting members in learning from David Burns' latest book, *Feeling Great*. It is designed as an educational group rather than a treatment group. The main goals include fostering support for reading the book and completing its exercises, enhancing understanding of its concepts, and creating a sense of community among participants.

"A Book Club for Everyone Everywhere.

Join a community of people from all over the world.

Online on Tuesdays starting February 15th each week for 12 weeks, 80 minutes each session with two options: 8:30am and 5:00pm US Pacific Time all on TUESDAYS, making it convenient from anywhere. It’s only 12$ per session, but we’re happy to meet you where you can comfortably afford the group. No one will be turned away for lack of finances! "
