🐬🌅 SERIOUS QUESTION… DOES A MORNING GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS?!

Morning workout finished. ✅
Morning videos recorded. 🎥
Walking back down the beach… and THIS happens.

The sun is coming up over the Atlantic, the ocean is almost perfectly calm, and a group of dolphins starts swimming by right in front of me.

And somehow this is my BACKYARD. 🌊

Sometimes I get so caught up chasing the next business deal, the next goal, the next accomplishment and everything I’m trying to build that I have to remind myself to actually LOOK AROUND.

This morning was one of those reminders.

No fancy vacation.

No expensive experience.

Just a sunrise, the ocean, dolphins swimming by and a few minutes where everything feels pretty damn perfect.

THIS is why I love living at the beach. ❤️🌊

Now I need you to settle something…

🌊💻 EVERYONE SEES THE BEACH OFFICE… NOBODY SEES WHAT IT TAKES TO BUILD IT. 😂

This is the part you normally DON’T see.

Every day I decide to work from my beach office, this entire setup has to come OUT…

Then I have to build the canopy, anchor everything in the sand, set up the table and chair, get the shade right, bring out the equipment, set up the computers and monitors, connect everything, get power running…

AND THEN I can finally start working. 😂🌊💻

And when I’m finished?

The whole thing has to come back down and get packed up again.

But I’m not complaining…

Because once everything is set up and I’m sitting there working with the Atlantic Ocean in front of me, it’s pretty hard to beat this office. 🙌🌊

So here’s the question…

🚨 YOU ARE NOT TOO OLD TO START OVER. YOU ARE NOT “BEHIND.” AND YOUR BEST CHAPTER MAY NOT HAVE EVEN STARTED YET.

Somewhere along the way, we were sold this idea that life is supposed to be figured out by 25.

Career locked in.
Relationship figured out.
Money figured out.
Life mapped out.

But REAL LIFE doesn’t work like that.

Sometimes you have to rebuild.

A new career.
A new relationship.
A new city.
A new business.
A completely new mindset.

And sometimes the chapter that feels like everything is falling apart is actually the chapter BEFORE everything changes.

I have to remind MYSELF of this too.

I became a millionaire at 32… and then lost it.

I’ve had to rebuild more than once.

And I’m still not even 40.

So if you’re sitting there thinking you should be further ahead by now, WATCH THIS.

Your timeline doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

You’re allowed to restart at 30.
At 40.
At 50.
At 60.
Whenever you decide the life you’re living isn’t the life you want anymore.

🚨 ONE OF THE BEST DATE DAYS WE’VE HAD ALL SUMMER COST US LESS THAN $100.

And somehow, it reminded me that sometimes the BEST days aren’t the expensive ones…

They’re the ones where you actually slow down long enough to enjoy the person you’re doing life with. ❤️

Sunday I decided to take the day OFF.

No business meetings.
No chasing deals.
No sitting behind a desk.

Just me and my wife spending the entire day together.

And living around Ocean City, we packed A LOT into one day. 😂🌊

🚲 Started with a morning bike ride through Assateague.

🚤 Jumped on the boat and spent the day on the water.

🍹 Stopped at Seacrets and Aloft for a little while.

⚓ Headed over to Ocean Pines for dinner at the Yacht Club.

And while we were there, we randomly ran into her best friend who passed away last year’s favorite bartender from Seacrets.

One of those unexpected little moments that makes you stop for a second. ❤️

Then we watched an absolutely beautiful sunset as we headed back to the dock. 🌅

But apparently the date wasn’t over yet…

When we got home, we walked down the beach to Jolly Jellyfish and finished the night watching the Northside Park fireworks. 🎆🌊

Bike ride.
Boat day.
Drinks.
Dinner.
Sunset.
Beach walk.
Fireworks.

AND WE SPENT LESS THAN $100 FOR THE ENTIRE DAY — INCLUDING BOAT FUEL. 🤯

That’s one of the things I absolutely LOVE about living here.

People spend thousands of dollars to vacation in places like this…

And sometimes we forget how lucky we are to have all of this right outside our front door.

But the biggest reminder for me Sunday had nothing to do with Ocean City or money.

TAKE THE DAY OFF SOMETIMES.

The emails will still be there tomorrow.

The business will still need you.

There will ALWAYS be another problem to solve and another dollar to chase.

But you don’t get unlimited Sundays with the people you love. ❤️

And sometimes a random $100 date day turns into one of the days you remember forever.

Everybody seems exhausted right now.

And I’m not just talking about needing more sleep.

Mentally exhausted.
Emotionally exhausted.
Financially exhausted.
Exhausted from running a business.
Exhausted from trying to provide for a family.
Exhausted from wondering what’s coming next.
Exhausted from feeling like everybody else is somehow getting ahead while you’re falling behind.

And social media can make it even worse.

You scroll through Facebook or Instagram and see the vacations, the wins, the new cars, the successful businesses, the perfect families and everybody smiling…

But you don’t see the 2 AM anxiety.

You don’t see the business owner wondering how they’re going to make payroll.

You don’t see the entrepreneur questioning whether all the sacrifice is actually going to pay off.

You don’t see the person sitting alone thinking:

“How much longer can I keep doing this?”

Because social media shows you everybody’s HIGHLIGHT REEL…

Not necessarily their REAL LIFE.

So if life feels unusually heavy right now…

If you’re stressed.
