How do you do New Year’s Resolutions? My recommendation is to pick one main objective and plan out how you’re going to achieve it. Focus on this goal for 30 days before adding in a new goal. You want to be ambitious but also realistic about what you can accomplish within time constraints to remember to time block out your weekly schedule to see wha is possible. There are always tradeoffs, but you are capable of more than you think.
