The final stage of our recent conveyor build was completed a few weeks ago. This took careful planning and preparation to ensure a smooth transition between the original conveyor bed removal and the installation of the new conveyor bed. We had a few late nights, but we were able to complete this project with a couple of days to spare!

We recently completed a custom conveyor build and install. Due to the tight time frame, this was completed in two stages. This head section was stage one. We built this unit in our shop in preparation for the install. The scope of work for stage one required IWS to remove the original head section and take-up adjuster from the conveyor bed and install the new head section. Robots? We do that too!

Custom built cell containing a Fanuc/Lincoln Electric welding robot trainer. This tool will be used to at a local school to prepare students for their future in the workforce. Here at IWS, we can build you a custom robotic cell, provide technical training, or we have a couple of in-house welding robots that can be used to assemble welded components. We've been busy testing our new 3D fixture table over the past few months! The hole size is 28mm with a 1" thick cast iron top. This thing is heavy duty and accurate! The nitride coating repels spatter and keeps the surface rust free. We plan to go to market with these if we can get enough interest. Please let us know what you think.
