We have had some very cold nights. Thankfully the wind machines and sprinkler system have keep the tender plant tissue safe and healthy for this years harvest. A big thank you must go out to our night watch crew who stay up and frequently go out in the cold wet nights to make sure all is running as it should.

I CAN ONLY IMAGINE…
If our dogwood tree (at FORIS’ home yard) had an aroma.
Would it be vanilla , like the stamens from an orchid, ?
Sweet honey like the honeysuckle flowers,?
Peachy- orange like orange blossoms, ?
Heavenly as a fresh lilac bloom?
I can only imagine.

Spring is in our vineyards at the Foris Winery. So.... on these nice warm & balmy days, stop by the tasting room to enjoy the flowers & "blossoming" vines which produce the tastiest wines to sip.

On occasion I fill in to pour wine in our, FORIS, wine tasting room.
