Sunstar-ians: With the help of Adam, we were able to get a better signal to the reapeater at Sunstar as well as re-aiming the sector so that everyone is getting much better signal strength (aka speed). Yea! Thank you Adam! Next we are going to be working on the Takilma Tower so we can get more speed out there. Thanks for sticking with us!

We're going to be working on an Access Point in the morning. You will see bits of internet instability while we replace some equipment. If it goes well, most of you won't even notice it. Check your email to see if this notice applies to you. (it's kinda hard to describe the affected area)

Juniper, one of our office dogs ate all the treats at the front desk while we were all out for lunch. We got back and asked "Who did this?" (in that deep unapproving parent tone) and she took herself to her timeout place in the bathroom. So hard not to laugh!

Takilma and Sunstar folks: We got an auto-notification that the batteries were low at the tower. Chris was already out the door on his way before the tower power went down. He'll get you up and running ASAP.

Hey good news! Most of the tower is usable and all the electronics seem to be good! We'll have to replace a solar panel and shorten the tower a bit. But it's great that we don't have to wait for any new parts to come in. We need a good pipe welder that has a remote set up. If you know of anyone, let us know!

Takilma and Sunstar customers: Someone has torn down our Takilma tower. No one has admitted doing it at this time. We will do everything we can to get you guys back up.

Ok it prob doesn’t get THAT bad but you never know…😅

✅ Place your router in a central spot
✅ Keep it elevated on a shelf or table
✅ Give it space to breathe
✅ Keep it visible enough for signal to travel freely
