The Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD), in partnership with UVA-Wise's Office of Community & Economic Development and RetirePath, will host the 2nd Annual SWVA Small Business Symposium on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Abingdon, Virginia.

This one-stop event will bring together:

- Financial resources
- Lenders
- Technical assistance providers
- Government and economic development resources
- Many other organizations that support small business success

The symposium is designed to help small businesses explore resources, make valuable connections, and identify the tools and opportunities they need to start, strengthen, or grow their businesses.
