A Dam Good Reason to Shop Local

September is the perfect time to support the businesses that make Beaver special! The BIG Chamber of Commerce, with Utah Independent Bank as co-sponsor, is excited to bring the community “A Dam Good Reason to Shop Local,” a month-long opportunity to shop, spend, and win right here in our community.

Throughout the entire month of September, local shop pers can submit receipts from purchases made at participating businesses in town through our convenient online entry form for a chance to win exciting prizes and items donated by local businesses.

Every purchase helps strengthen our local economy and you could be rewarded for shopping local! So keep those receipts, submit them online, and give yourself A Dam Good Reason to Shop Local!

Nancy Lou's has been with the BIG Chamber for quite a while. We are so proud of their accomplishments and can't wait to see what they do in the future. If you haven’t tried their buttermints, you are missing out. You can pick some up while you are in Beaver, find them in stores around the state or even order online!

When Ramona Jessop tastes butter mint candies, she thinks of her grandma. These days, she's helping thousands of people do the same as the owner of Nancy Lou's Butter Mints in Beaver.
