12/06/2024 8PM a piece of heavy equipment cut the line feeding all the area on the south side of Wilkins, everything west of Hammon street,

10/10/2023 Centurylink had an un-announced outage affecting, Apple Valley, Hildale, Colorado City, Centennial Park, and Cane Beds from 03:00AM and 05:00AM, most likely unscheduled maintenance, All circuits are up and operational.

Do not make any changes to your system and all should return as the circuits are restored.

Summary:

Lumen intends to carry out internal maintenance within its network. This has been designated as URGENT. The nature of this work is to perform a fiber move to avoid active housing construction and is required in order to improve network reliability and continue providing optimal service for our clients.
An alternate/backup maintenance window has been scheduled in the event work is unable to be completed on the primary night. Please see the date and times of the alternate night below.
Lumen would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.

07:00 PM July 10th, 2022 Our upline provider suffered a fiber service outage affecting Hurricane, Washington City, and St George, Utah. They have identified the issue and are working to repair now.
