* LAND LEVELING: for concrete foundations, pads for manufactured homes, mobile homes, RV pads, shops, carports, barns, sheds. I will take care of all soil, rock, gravel and road base deliveries to job sites.
* AUGER DRILLING: Into soil, rocky soil and solid stone. Includes drilling holes for fence posts, telephone poles, concrete pile-ons and more. I can drill holes from 4" up to 36" wide.
* LAND CLEARING: includes tree trimming, tree removal, under brush, root removal, stump removal, stump grinding, mulching and more
* DEMOLITION: take down old structures, clean junk from the land, and more. I can load and haul off as well.
* FORKLIFT: I can move and/or load pallets, and various other things
* TRENCHING: For running pipeline. water, gas, waste, electrical.
* JACK HAMMER: rock, old slabs and more. (haul off if needed)
* EXCAVATION: (back hoe attachment) for simple digging jobs. Examples: coy pond, dig up stumps, trenches for concrete pads, rocks, ditches and more.
* GRADING: gravel and rock driveways, weeds and more
* PACKER: driveways, trails, foundation pads and more. There are many different types of attachments that fit this machine. I can also put in culverts for driveways and trails. If the job requires other equipment I will rent what I need.
