What started as ownership by one became ownership by five—and ultimately became ownership that belongs to everyone.

In November 2025, Hometown Restyling became 100% employee-owned through an ESOP, extending the opportunity of ownership to all 65 employees.

Their journey is a powerful reminder that succession planning isn't just about preserving a business. It's about creating opportunities for the people who help build its success.
