Had one of my favorite meals tonight Beeftips and Rice it was delicious the only downside. Is the beef always get stuck in my teeth gotta brush teeth right after eating. And use water pic to get deep cleaning.

Today was my first time out of the house since Wednesday had Dr. appointment things went fine. I thought I had the Covid virus but negative just the flu. Prescribed medication picked up today it was in a sack like groceries. I thought to myself why not just order surgery for something if I need that quantity of medication.
