I use top quality ingredients and take great care with each order, and am continuously taking courses to learn new skills and improve on existing skills so that I can offer the best of everything to my clients. I am skilled in baking, decorating with buttercream, modeling chocolate, royal and fondant icing types, I also use airbrushing and edible images, and am currently learning how to work with the media of isomalt. I am quite skilled at making sugar flowers as well. I also have the advantage of being quite handy on computers, which is to your benefit when you need me to find and create something special and specific on an edible image or cupcake picks that can't be found ready-made.
