Last week, my team and I took an hour out of patient care—not to rest, but to realign, strategize, and strengthen the systems that allow us to expand.

Here’s the truth: the effort you put in is the effort you’ll get out. I pay for mentors, I invest in my team, and I carve out space to work on the business—not just in it. That’s why we’re thriving and expanding—adding a new doctor, herbalism, an apothecary, and soon acupuncture.

Research is the foundation of credibility, progress, and impact in our profession. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of writing and publishing research papers, with one even receiving an award. This picture is the day I won the award for my paper, 3 years ago ✨

But beyond personal milestones, the real win is how documenting our work changes lives—it gives chiropractic a stronger voice, more recognition, and ultimately, helps more people get the care they deserve.💪
